Getting to the inn.
The airport is Fernando de Noronha (FEN). Scheduled passenger flights usually link the island with Recife and Natal. Airline, time and fare change: check with the airline. The inn does not publish a flight schedule.
The courtesy transfer is part of the stay. The inn gives about 5 minutes by car between the airport and the inn. That time is approximate and can vary with the route and the traffic.

Environmental preservation fee.
The TPA is charged by the administration of the state district of Fernando de Noronha to visitors who do not live on the island. The amount depends on the length of stay. It is not an inn bill and it is not included in the nightly rate.

That same official text explains how to pay and cites Law 11,704, article 86, for days beyond the authorized stay. It also says a card issued outside Brazil may have to be used at the airport desk.
Marine national park ticket.
The park is managed by ICMBio. This is a separate charge, also outside the nightly rate. The day’s price is not copied here.
